An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Children's Practitioner. We are looking for a dynamic and committed individuals to play a role in Children’s Social Care.
The postholder will be a key member of a specialist team focusing on the prevention of family breakdown by using systemic and social learning theory to provide evidence based interventions.
The team will work with predominantly parents and their families where there is a risk of a child/children entering into care or there is the potential to return home from care, when safe to do so. They will work directly with families providing the required support to build relationships, resilience and safety so that the child can remain or return home to their family networks.
