Dronfield Town Council is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic team member to help keep public buildings, sports pitches and a park, clean, safe, and ready for use by residents and visitors of the town.

The role is varied and includes a variety of tasks such as cleaning and basic buildings maintenance, setting up rooms and assisting community & commercial bookings, performing regular routine health & safety checks (e.g. fire alarms), opening and locking premises securely, areas of grounds maintenance at Cliffe Park, supporting football bookings on the MUGA pitch and responding to occasional call-outs when needed

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, good timekeeping, trustworthy and reliability, willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends and a hands-on approach and attention to detail.

This flexible role includes evening and weekend shifts across seven days, with at least two days off per week. Additional hours may be available, and full training is provided in-house.
