The Governors of Fairmeadows Foundation School are looking for a practical and dependable Grounds Maintenance Person to help keep our outdoor spaces safe, tidy, and welcoming. This 12-month fixed-term, part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining green areas and school grounds.
You’ll be responsible for mowing grass, cutting back shrubs and trees, keeping the car park clear and safe, maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting seasonal tasks. Minor repairs to outbuildings and general upkeep of the school’s outdoor environment are also part of the role.
We’re looking for someone reliable, self-motivated, and experienced in groundskeeping or gardening. If you have basic DIY skills and a good understanding of health and safety, we’d love to hear from you.
