- Act as a key holder, including responding to alarm call-outs when required
- Support ongoing improvements to the school environment
Health and Safety
- Conduct routine site inspections and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate health and safety records
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and school policies
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the school

You'll Also Be...
- Organised and proactive

- Proud of delivering high standards

Hours of work
- Split Shift: 6.00am – 10.00am and 2.30pm – 6.00pm (37.5 per week)
- 25 days holiday (only to be taken during school closures) per year plus bank holidays
Develop Your Career With Us
We're committed to helping our staff grow and succeed.
As part of our team, you'll have access to:
- Ongoing training and professional development

Why This Role Matters
The school environment has a direct impact on every child's experience. Your work will help create a safe, welcoming and inspiring place where pupils can thrive, teachers can focus on delivering outstanding education, and families feel proud to be part of the school community.
Every repair completed, every improvement made and every safety check carried out contributes to creating an environment where children can achieve their very best.
