Senior Quality, Efficiency, and Improvement Officer

This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead key improvement initiatives that will enhance service development in Adult Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of specific improvement, efficiency and research work
- Assist in the development and delivery of quality assurance processes and practices which contribute to the department’s CQC self-assessment and ensuring good practice and legislative requirements are met.
- Develop performance measures, key performance indicators and monitoring systems for service delivery and service improvement.
- Develop and implement improvement action plans and manage designated areas of work within agreed timescales and available resources
- Provide support with policies and procedures to reflect legislative changes and build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of internal and external agencies, such as Health.
- Conduct service reviews, analyse data, and produce reports to support decision making and financial efficiency
- Act as an expert for a specialist area in relation to policy development and changes to services and service delivery.
