Senior Quality and Inspection Officer

About the Role

As a Senior Quality and Inspection Officer, you will play a key role in:

  • Using data and intelligence to identify areas for improvement and monitor progress
  • Support and influence workstreams to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Help the department understand and evidence its position against the CQC Single Assessment Framework
  • Promote a culture of learning, co-support, and continuous improvement across Adult Social Care
  • Ensure services are always 'assessment ready' through mock assessments, peer reviews, and quality audits.
  • Embedding national best practice in social work and occupational therapy

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Innovative, dynamic, and has a solution focused approach
  • Skilled in using data and evidence to drive improvement
  • Confident working across systems and with multiple stakeholders
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for people who use adult social care services.
  • Committed to embedding the CQC’s quality statements and continual learning and development in the department
