Derbyshire Dales North Adult Social Care Team are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced full time Senior Practitioner. You will have experience of managing a complex and diverse caseload and supporting students and/or colleagues to develop their own practice via direct support and 1:1 supervision.
As Senior Practitioner you will carry your own case load, although smaller in number these cases will be more complex; you will be actively involved in the Safeguarding of Vulnerable adults, to include the development and monitoring of risk management plans.
You will have experience of working in accordance with the principles of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
You will be committed to developing services that recognise the person as an individual and which build on their personal strengths and resources.
Working alongside the Service Manager you will provide professional guidance and leadership to a team which comprises of Social Care Practitioners and Social Workers.
This will be a hybrid working role, working from both home and a local office.
