β’ Lead and mentor care staff π€
β’ Deliver personal care with dignity and respect π
β’ Allocate daily tasks ποΈ
β’ Administer medication π
β’ Create person-centred care plans π
β’ Promote best practices and high-quality care π
π£οΈ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) are essential to ensure smooth teamwork and effective handovers π
π Requirements:Β
β’ QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care β
β’ Willingness to work early and late shifts β°
β’ Full training provided π

The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.
Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
