Highly motivated individual required to join Bolsover District Council as administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.

Key information about the post

To be successful you will:

  • Be able to manage workloads and priorities to a high level.
  • Operate and support the Section 151 Officer, Monitoring Officer and the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Possess technical knowledge of computerised business systems.
  • Have sound understanding of general office practice and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality and work within Data Protection/GDPR principles.
  • Have GCSE in Maths and English with an NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines and to use initiative, tact and discretion.

 Based at the Arc, High Street, Clowne.
