Post 1 – Team Coordinator Permanent, 22.2 hours. Base Erewash Working days Wednesday Thursday & Friday
Post 2 – Team Coordinator Fixed Term to May 2027 18.5 hours. Base Rink House, Swadlincote
These posts are hybrid the Team Coordinator acts as a consistent point of contact for social workers, supervisors, managers, and partner agencies. Providing direct support to social workers. Manages incoming work via Mosaic, email, phone, teams and in person. Prepares, coordinates, and takes minutes for safeguarding critical meetings (Strategy, Public Law Outline, Supervision Reviews, Preparing for Permanence Outside of Care).
Ensuring children in care receive Initial Health and review assessment, dentals, immunisations to comply with statutory duties. Having oversight, coordination and supporting the social workers.
Over the last year, we’ve been developing a new ‘One Council’ Business Services team designed to work more consistently, support colleagues better and make it easier for services across Derbyshire County Council to operate efficiently.
