We are an established and well-respected traded service who take pride on the service we deliver to Schools and Academies as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

The job profile is a very generic one, in support of the varied work our respective teams may be asked to perform.  This specific role will see you contributing to supporting schools, academies and multi academy trusts who use Arbor MIS or Integris MIS, via the phone and email helpdesk.

Our services consistently receive excellent feedback from our customers, a large part of which is due to our knowledge and understanding of how schools work and the challenges they face. Experience of the practical considerations of working in an education setting is therefore beneficial as well as knowledge of one the MIS systems we support.

The ideal candidate will have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to continuously strive for excellence. We are a customer focussed traded service and candidates need to bring an enthusiasm for proactive problem solving so that we can continue to delight our customers.

You may be asked to manage small projects and possibly to take ownership of discrete elements of a service, you will therefore need to be highly focussed and organised.
