The Headteacher and Governors of Combs Infant School are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced School Business Assistant who will be part of a hardworking and friendly team. This appointment would be for 18 hours per week spread over three days.
The successful candidate will work in an efficient, busy, happy office. The post is for 18 hours per week (term time only 39 weeks) to be worked Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. You will work collaboratively with an existing School Business Manager who works on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The successful candidate will be expected to assist in providing effective and efficient business support to the school and should have good IT skills including basic website management and experience of administration. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to deal with the whole school community in an approachable and positive manner.
