Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the school’s financial strategy, ensuring transparency and sustainability, and seeking support from the central finance team
  • Oversee HR, premises, health & safety, and administrative operations
  • Support strategic planning and resource allocation aligned with the school’s mission
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and best practices
  • Foster a culture of Integrity and Tenacity in operational excellence

  • Proven experience in school business management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of education sector regulations
