An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dedicated Class Teacher to join our team from 1 September 2024. This post could be initially based in either Key Stage 1 or 2, so we ask that candidates state their teaching experiences on their application.

Richardson Endowed Primary School is a welcoming school with a family feel, where everyone in our friendly, staff team works hard to ensure the best outcomes for all. Our school aims are to Respect, Enjoy, Take Pride and Succeed, and we are proud to be part of the Embark Multi-academy Trust.

Our children are polite, enthusiastic and keen to learn. They learn best when teaching is engaging and innovative, so we are looking to appoint an outstanding practitioner with strong inclusive values and high expectations of all learners.

The successful candidate will bring additional strength to our teaching team, through their excellent classroom practice. This post brings opportunities for an aspiring leader to develop their subject coordinator skills, and to become involved in the wider life of the school. The successful candidate will be responsible either for leading a specific subject area, or responsible for coordinating our overall approach to Teaching and Learning, depending on their interests and strengths.

Candidates are asked to state particular strengths and experience as part of their written application.

More information about our school and the trust can be found by visiting our website at: https://richardsonendowed.co.uk/

Visits to the school are welcomed and can be arranged by telephoning to make an appointment. Please telephone the school office on 01332 880317.

We will conduct an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates. This may help identify any incidents or issues that have happened, and are publicly available online, which we might want to explore with you during the recruitment process.

Provisional Interview Date: Friday 3 May 2024
