Year 5 Teacher (with additional responsibilities for PE)

We are a lively, friendly primary school in a beautiful setting and are looking to appoint a full-time temporary teacher to come and join our Year 5/6 team from September 2023.  This post is for maternity cover and will be paid on the main pay scale. 

You will be working in a Year 5 class so experience with this age group would be preferred. 

This successful candidate will also be responsible for leading PE and School sport. This will involve organising and attending sports fixtures and competitions. This role is supported by our Play Leader and other members of staff so you will be well supported. 

We have a fabulous school community and hope you will consider joining us, if only for a temporary period. 

Visits to school are welcome. We have two time slots available: 

Tuesday 23 May 2023 – 1.15 pm

Thursday 25 May 2023 – 4.00 pm
