We have high aspirations for all our pupils and ensure our curriculum is inclusive and ambitious, promoting an enjoyment for learning. We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong communication skills, has a positive outlook, is a team player, and is passionate about ensuring all SEND pupils have a positive and rewarding experience here at Longmoor.

If you have the expertise to lead our SEN provision and support our pupils with special educational needs, we would love to hear from you.

The post does include some teaching responsibility but this will be restricted to approximately 1 day a week.

Applicants should have skills in supporting SEND pupils and preferably will have the National SENCO Award, though school could support you to achieve this qualification whilst in post.

Visits to school are warmly welcomed – please call the office to arrange an appointment.
