The Dove Federation of Schools wishes to appoint a teacher, in the position of SENCO, at Heath Fields Primary School, Hatton, South Derbyshire, from September 2023.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is already an experienced SENCO or someone wishing to develop their career in this role. You will have a part time teaching responsibility (0.4) and three days (or the equivalent) non-contact time in which to undertake the role of SENCO and support our SEND pupils.
You will be someone who has a good knowledge and understanding of SEND. Someone who is dedicated to ensuring SEND provision at Heath Fields is the very best it can be. We offer a friendly and supportive working environment. Our children are well behaved and keen to do well. As SENCO you will be a part of the Senior Leadership Team and have an important input into the development of the school and our federation, working alongside colleagues in both Heath Fields Primary and Church Broughton Primary.
You are more than welcome to visit the school, to get a ‘feel’ for us and have a look around. Please contact Mark Whyman or Sophie McBride on 01283 813255 to arrange a visit.
Provisional Interview Date: 31 March 2023.
Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
