The Governors of Redhill Primary School are seeking to appoint a fantastic teacher and phase leader to join our outstanding team from January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a school which has been named East Midlands Primary School of the Year by The Sunday Times for both 2025 and 2026. You would be joining a brilliant, close-knit team who are dedicated to achieving our dream of ensuring all children leave Redhill with a lifelong love of learning and incredible memories to cherish.

In addition to this role, we are looking for a candidate with the experience, knowledge and vision to lead our EYFS and KS1 in our journey to push for exceptional provision across school.

We want every child and staff member to dream big and celebrate every small step towards their own success in our warm, kind and caring school. If you think you are the right person for this post and you are looking to take the next step of your career in a thriving, passionate community, we would love to hear from you.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children and expects all members of the school community to share this commitment.

Please apply through the Derbyshire online application form. Visits to the school are highly encouraged and can be arranged through the school office via email at info@redhill.derbyshire.sch.uk or by calling us on 01332 673537.
