Our small, friendly, village school has a real family feel and is at the heart of the community. The governors and staff are looking for an experienced senior leader, with a strong track record in leadership and core learning.

The Co-Headteacher we are looking for will be:

  • Someone who will continue to develop the Christian ethos and vision of the School, alongside our Foundation Governors.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Build on our culture where individuals are encouraged to succeed and everyone’s contribution is valued.
  • Committed to developing all staff through effective coaching, continued development and empowerment.
  • Able to support positive relationships with pupils, parents, governors, parish and wider community.
  • Empathetic toward an inclusive faith-based education.
  • An effective communicator who would work collaboratively with the Co-Headteacher.

As the Co-Headteacher of Hartshorne CofE School you will have the support of an experienced teaching team and a committed governing body.
