NoR - 164 excluding Nursery, but this is set to rise by 130 pupils over the next 13 years due to significant house building
Norbriggs Primary School are seeking an experienced Headteacher, with a strong track record in leadership and core learning. The position becomes vacant in September 2025 following the retirement of the current Head.
We are looking for someone who:
- can further develop our ethos where everyone’s contribution is valued, and individuals are encouraged to succeed
- can build and articulate our shared vision and engage people to secure a successful future
- can raise the aspirations and achievement of all our pupils and staff, including those children with SEND
- can work effectively with a variety of stakeholders in the community and at local authority level and
- is committed to, and has a vision for ensuring inclusion and diversity
