Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher, the governors of Grassmoor Primary School are looking to seek an enthusiastic, caring and committed leader to lead us into the future. The governors are looking to appoint someone to build on the highly successful foundations in place at our school.
We are looking for a leader who:
- Can build and foster relationships with children, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community.
- Is committed to delivering and leading excellent teaching and learning to all children.
- Has an comprehensive understanding of students with additional and complex needs.
- Will continue to promote the schools’ values and lead the school through the academisation process as they seek to join the Embark Multi-academy Trust.
- Will be relentless in their drive to ensure all children reach their potential.
- Develops a friendly and happy environment for all.
- An emotionally intelligent leader who can support and enable all staff to be their very best.
- Can work with a supportive Governing Board to drive the strategic direction of the school.
