The successful candidate will have a clear vision and drive to lead the school forward to address the key areas for development and this will shape the priorities over the next three years. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and driven Head of Academy who has the skills, knowledge and experience to deliver an excellent education for all for its students. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for someone wishing to take their first steps into Headship.
The successful candidate with work with the support of Minerva Learning Trust colleagues to lead Barrow Hill Primary Academy through a journey of significant improvement to realise the school’s tremendous potential. We are looking for an innovative and strategic thinker with previous headship or proven senior leadership experience to lead our school on the next stage of its journey. As well as being an expert strategist with a track record of delivering whole school improvement, you will motivate, inspire and empower our staff and children.
