We are looking for a Deputy Head with ambition to grow, inspire others, and put children first.

As Deputy Head Teacher you will work in partnership with the Head Teacher and the central team to ensure your school flourishes as a unique, exceptional, and sustainable school that inspires the community and empowers every child. At the heart of Pinxton Village Academies is growing our people, and through this role you will receive support and investment to realise your ambition to become a Head Teacher.

The Role: support the Head Teacher to deliver an ambitious vision, act in the absence of the Head Teacher, contribute to strategic direction, and lead staff to ensure high standards, teaching, learning, and a positive inclusive school culture.
