The Public Health Department in Derbyshire County Council is looking for a permanent Public Health Lead to support departmental leadership capacity to focus on Substance Use.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience at a senior level within the field of Public Health (or relevant profession), the ability to lead and develop strategic and operational partnerships, be passionate about reducing health inequalities, expert knowledge across the substance use system, the ability to manage resources, and be able to demonstrate experience in improving the health and wellbeing of the local population.
