The Public Health Department in Derbyshire County Council is looking for 2 permanent Public Health Leads to support departmental leadership capacity. Currently the roles focus on the following areas:

  • Public Health Lead (Substance Use and Community Safety)
  • Public Health Lead (Start Well and Oral Health)

Candidates should demonstrate experience at a senior level within the field of Public Health (or relevant profession), a commitment to partnership working, be passionate about reducing health inequalities and be able to demonstrate experience in improving the health and wellbeing of the local population.
