The successful candidates will support clients to complete our Health and Wellbeing assessment either in community, workplaces or over the telephone at our central hub.  You will contribute to the health improvement of the population by supporting and signposting people to local organisations and services.  Strong partnership working skills will be required to ensure LLBD is embedded in the local community & will involve attending community/workplace events and engagement work.

NHS Health Checks

Positions one and two will focus on delivering health checks in community and workplace settings and will include the following:  blood pressure testing, height, weight, and waist measurements, point of care testing (cholesterol & glucose), plus lifestyle questions around smoking, alcohol, physical activity & emotional wellbeing.  You will then discuss relevant support available & signpost into a range of internal and external services.
