Principal Intelligent Client Officer Grade 13 : Corporate Property
We require a Principal Intelligent Client officer with knowledge of public building projects and capital programmes - new build and refurbishment - to join our Property Commissioning team in based in Matlock Derbyshire.
This role is to help facilitate the development of asset plans and programmes of feasibility and projects for development and planned maintenance; to monitor the delivery of projects; track and report outcomes to achieve project goals.
Design and project management services will be delivered by the joint venture partner.
Duties will include:
- Supporting client departments to develop appropriate strategies for the development and planned maintenance of assets to be retained.
- Ability to collaborate to assemble a suitable project brief, relevant to both the building requirements and the provision of professional services.
- You should be able to: develop briefs for building projects and professional services required assess fee proposals and schedules of services. advise regarding design and specification requirements, assess whether proposals meet the project brief. report on project progress and outcomes.
The successful applicant should a relevant building design qualification to degree standard and should be able to demonstrate relevant experience and knowledge.
