Capital Programme Cost and Contract Manager Grade 12: Corporate Property

We require a Capital Programme Cost and Contract Manager with knowledge of public building projects and capital programmes - new build and refurbishment - to join our Property Commissioning team in based in Matlock Derbyshire.

Accountable to the Property Commissioning Lead, the role is to maintain financial oversight of annual capital programmes of work and procurement plans achieve corporate objectives.

Duties will include:

Working with with Heads of Service to commission and monitor the capital programme of work and maintain forward procurement plans.

Responsible for providing Capital Finance Team with latest forecast projections to indicate levels of potential borrowing and programme savings.

Work closely with Strategic Procurement to deliver the Forward Procurement Plans documented in the Corporate Property Service Plan.

The successful applicant should a relevant cost management qualification to degree standard and should be able to demonstrate relevant experience and knowledge.
