We have an exciting Opportunity for an Enforcement Team Leader (Grade 10).
This is a full-time and permanent position (37 hours per week). Hybrid working is in play with the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week.

The main purpose for this role is to manage a small team of planning enforcement officers to ensure that investigations into reported breaches of planning control are conducted in accordance with the District Councils Enforcement Customer Charter and Service Standards, action is taken to resolve breaches of planning legislation and to lead on negotiations, planning applications and appeal work arising from such work.
This position would be ideal for an experienced Principal Enforcement Officer looking for the next step in their career, or an existing Enforcement Team Leader working with another Local Authority.
