An enthusiastic team player is required to provide supervision of the facilities and customers at Dronfield Sports Centre.
Dependant on the successful recruitment to the post it may be necessary to appoint an additional candidate to backfill posts at interview.
Dronfield Sports Centre offers a range of facilities including a gym, sports halls, swimming pools, fitness studio, squash courts and a café.

The successful candidate will supervise swimming pools, changing/locker rooms, sports halls and squash courts. Other duties include assisting swimmers in difficulty, setting out and storing equipment as needed and promoting the centres activities and events.
To be successful you will need:
- The ability to deal with a full age range of customers.
- A good understanding of a wide range of sports & leisure activities.
- To be physically fit & capable of heavy lifting.
- RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard 9th Edition Award.
The candidate must be sports orientated, have a good understanding of a wide range of sports and activities and must hold the RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard 9th Edition Award. A formal coaching qualification would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure carried out by the DBS at the Enhanced Level.
