Job Details and Requirements

Eckington Active gym has had a recent upgrade in October 2024 with all new equipment & set up with studio to deliver a full range of fitness classes, Killamarsh Active had a full refurbishment in 2022 & has a two floor 80 station gym, dedicated spin studio & a studio to deliver a full range of fitness classes.

Candidates must have a good understanding of a wide range of sports/activities and hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification. Formal fitness class instructor qualifications e.g. ETM, together with experience of delivering fitness classes would be an advantage.

To be successful you will need:

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
  • Knowledge of safe methods of exercise and current training methods.
  • Excellent customer service skills

The successful candidates will be subject to a Disclosure carried out by the DBS at the Enhanced Level.
