Heating Engineer/plumber Supervisor. Taking responsibility for commercial and domestic  central heating sytems and boiler installations. Commercial gas qualifications required.

To arrange and oversee projects carried out by the authority’s own employees or designated sub-contractors, to all areas of the Authority’s operations.

Organise and direct mechanical maintenance and planned programmes, determining priorities to maximise the use of resources in achieving prescribed objectives.

Due to this post having administrative privileges within the Council’s IT systems, and in order to comply with the Public Services Network requirements, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Basic criminal record check.
