An exciting opportunity is now available within the Facilities Management Team based at our modern offices within The Arc, Clowne. If successful you will play an essential part in the delivery of planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs and capital works across a varied property portfolio. You will also assist in maintaining Bolsover District Council’s statutory compliance database.
You must possess excellent communication and ICT skills together with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. Your ability to act on your own initiative and prioritise your work will be essential to successfully undertaking the role.

This position might suit either a recent graduate who will be given our support to expand their knowledge and experience or an unqualified but experienced candidate.
