We are looking for a temporary, 2 days per week, Democratic and Legal Support Officer to join the Democratic and Legal Support Team. The role will include attending and minuting meetings, preparing agendas and reports for publication, support to the Chief Executive, Head of Law, Democratic Services Manager and Members of the Authority. The work will also include administrative support to the Legal Team including S.106 notices, debt collection, refreshment licences and planning appeals.
Ideally the work pattern would be Tuesday/Thursday with Occasional Friday working maybe required (as a swapped day) or it may be possible to be Tues/Wed
You will need good communication skills, both oral and written, and good IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office, with attention to detail to record information accurately and capture actions from meetings.
