An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Legal department for a dynamic and committed individual to work as a child protection lawyer to provide cover for maternity leave.

This role supports the Council's Children's Services department in safeguarding the children and young adults of the County and is therefore both rewarding and fulfilling

Legal Services are contractually based in Matlock, Derbyshire, but as part of our Modern Ways of Working programme we are currently working on a hybrid basis.  There'll be an opportunity to discuss future working arrangements at interview.
