Are you passionate about delivering impactful digital projects and driving transformation across an organisation? We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Co-ordinator to join our Digital Services team and help shape the future of service delivery.

As a Project Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the implementation of digital systems and services, working closely with business departments to ensure solutions meet operational needs that support our strategic goals and improve outcomes for residents across the county.

About the role

You'll work closely with the Business Relationship Managers to help deliver a wide range of digital transformation projects. Your main focus will be making sure our digital contracts are well coordinated, cost-effective, flexible, and meet the needs of the business on time.

We welcome applicants from a wide range of relevant academic and professional backgrounds. Whether your degree is in a STEM subject, marketing, analytics, social sciences, or another field, what matters most is your ability to manage complex projects, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively to deliver digital transformation. A background in IT is helpful but not essential, we’re looking for people with the right mindset, transferable skills, and a passion for making a difference.
