The key purpose of this role is to lead the strategic development and operational management of the allocated traded service and to input to the resilience and growth of the Education Data Hub traded service as a whole.

We are seeking to appoint an individual with strong commercial acumen, enthusiasm, drive and the ability to develop a strong working relationship with our customers. Candidates will have in-depth knowledge of the relevant service specialism and meet the academic and experience requirements detailed in the JPP.

We are looking to appoint someone who has:

  • Proven success in the development and delivery of services with schools.
  • Significant experience in identifying areas of risk and non-compliance in the relevant service area, including in the development of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Experience in the delivery of advice and guidance through presentations, articles, workshops, seminars, training sessions.
  • Previous involvement in both process/service development and re-design.
  • Experience of working with schools on matters relating to the relevant service area and associated legislation and procedures.
  • A qualification at degree level in the field (See JPP).
  • A track record of continuous professional development.
