Interested? We are looking for individuals with:
- Full membership of the CIPD or equivalent or able to demonstrate equal level of knowledge and competency
- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging employment practice and trends
- Experience in providing employment advice in a multi-disciplined environment
- Proven relationship management skills and the ability to develop strong, mutually beneficial relations with external and internal networks and stakeholders
- A track record demonstrating an ability to deliver on people related projects
