Location: The Arc, Clowne with some Home Working

A Highly motivated individual is required to join Bolsover District Council’s busy HR & Payroll Team. The Council recognises that communication and engagement with its workforce and key stakeholders is critical to its success and this new post will be the key to building on a positive culture, engaging with employees and members at all levels and being the health and wellbeing champion for the Council.
The postholder will assist the HR Business Partner to ensure the highest levels of employee engagement and internal communication within the Council so that employees feel valued, are committed, motivated, informed and involved.
To be successful you will need:
- Have an understanding of employee engagement, communication practices and standards
- Understand the benefits that ICT/Software can provide for Employee Engagement
- Experience of internal communications and/or workforce engagement
- Experience of facilitating events to meet corporate and/or service requirements
- Experience of supporting transformation and culture change
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- ICT Skills
Based at the Arc, High Street, Clowne.
