Note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract from start-date covering maternity leave, your contract may be curtailed if the maternity leave is ended sooner.

We’re looking for a confident and capable Recruitment Campaign Lead to join our HR Services team and take the lead on designing and delivering impactful recruitment campaigns across the Council’s Adult Social Care & Health team.

This is a key role where you’ll work closely with Recruiting Managers, HR colleagues, and external partners to ensure our campaigns are strategic, engaging, and aligned with our values. You’ll be the central point of contact for departments, guiding them through the recruitment process and helping attract the right talent for the right roles.

The role includes management of a small team, support with senior level recruitment, reduction of agency spend, development of social media campaigns, analysis of data, process improvement, systems development, policy and guidance production….and more!

💼 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including strategy, branding, media, and advert content
  • Supporting senior leadership recruitment processes in collaboration with HR Business Partners
  • Coaching managers on effective recruitment techniques and candidate engagement
  • Using data to inform decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes
  • Managing a team of HR Customer Services Advisors to deliver a smooth and fast onboarding experience

🧠 What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in recruitment campaign management and talent attraction
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of current and upcoming recruitment techniques, employment markets, and HR processes
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant experience
