DDAT are looking to recruit an experienced HR Assistant who will bring enthusiasm and drive to support the development and consolidation of the Trust HR operations through the next exciting stage of our growth. 

DDAT and DDAT 2 are the Multi Academy Trusts that currently oversee and support 30 schools across Derbyshire and Derby City. Established in 2013 by the Diocese of Derby, DDAT is committed to providing high quality education for all children in their academies based on clearly established Christian values and principles. With a healthy pipeline of schools who are in the process of joining the Trust, the HR Assistant will play a pivotal role in the growth of DDAT. 

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Assistant who is approachable, and an effective communicator.

They will be able to build trust and positive relationships with senior and middle leaders as well as all stakeholders, providing support across all aspects of people and change management. 

The DDAT HR Assistant will join a friendly and supportive team. Working closely with other HR and central team members, and they will act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries on behalf of the DDAT HR team.
