We are seeking a confident and proactive HR Advisor to join our friendly and supportive central team at St Ralph Sherwin Multi Academy Trust, working two days per week (Thursday and Friday) as part of a job share.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our growing Multi Academy Trust, providing HR advice and support across our family of schools. The role covers a broad range of employee relations and operational HR matters, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases, recruitment, and policy implementation. You’ll be a key point of contact for school leaders and managers, offering sound advice that supports our people and upholds our values.

The post offers flexibility, with the option to work term time only, making it ideal for those seeking a better work-life balance while still making a meaningful impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • A collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to manage a varied workload and build effective working relationships

If you're passionate about supporting schools and want to make a difference in a role that offers both flexibility and professional challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

The St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi-Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to satisfactory references, which will be requested, prior to interview, an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, medical check, evidence of qualifications plus verification of the right to work in the UK.

Please note that the closing date may be brought forward depending upon interest.
