This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Tenancy Management Team within the Housing Department.

This is an established role within a team of Housing Assistants who assist the Tenancy Management Officers in delivering tenancy management for all the Council’s housing stock. As well as assisting the Tenancy Management Officer this role will work closely with the other teams within the Housing Department.
To be successful you will need:
• Proven practical experience of dealing with the public in a front-line capacity.
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy to advise customers on Housing issues and input information accurately to Housing Management Systems.
• An ability to deal with customers both face to face and on the telephone.
• The ability to work within a team environment using your own initiative and displaying a responsible and flexible attitude
The role is based within the Housing Department at the Arc, Clowne.
