Are you looking for a new venture, a great opportunity has become available to join the Housing Project Safety Team.

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual who can work within a team of Housing professionals to ensure Health and Safety compliance on all operational capital, programmed, repairs and maintenance works and to project manage Health and Safety on construction projects.

A good knowledge of the Construction Industry, Construction Design and Management Regulations and Health and Safety is a must and the ability to lead, motivate and communicate with teams is essential.

You will have experience of quality assurance and managing budgets on public sector projects.

It is essential that you are educated to a Level 4 and poses current and relevant Health and Safety qualifications including NEBOSH and SMSTS with the ability to coach and develop others within the team.
