We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity within our Housing Assets team!
This pivotal role focuses on enhancing compliance and safety strategies, policies, and service improvements related to asbestos and fire safety.
Key responsibilities:
- lead initiatives in fire and asbestos management
- promote effective building safety practices across housing services
- ensure full compliance with housing stock regulations
- We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in compliance and safety, specifically regarding asbestos and fire safety.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- in-depth knowledge of current legislation and best practices
- proven expertise in social housing management related to asbestos and fire safety
- strong leadership and advisory skills
