An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Derbyshire Adult Education Service for a dynamic individual to support the Youth Employment Service (YES Derbyshire) in the role of Programme Development Worker.

The role of a Programme Development Worker is to support Youth Employment Service (YES Derbyshire) to  drive a culture of quality improvement throughout the customer journey and support Derbyshire residents by providing impartial information, advice and guidance on work and learning related matters, through remote digital platforms and face to face support either on a one-to-one or group basis. 

The  Youth Employment Service  is a joint funded project  between Derbyshire County Council and DWP. Our Youth Employment Support team is contractually based across the county, there'll be an opportunity to discuss future working arrangements at interview.
