We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join the team at Ripley Junior School where every child is seen, known, and valued. Whether you’ve worked in schools, youth work, care, or another setting — if you connect well with young people and believe in inclusion, we want to hear from you.

You don’t need to have worked in a school before. If you’re passionate about helping children succeed, love working as part of a team, and have the confidence to build strong relationships with pupils, this could be the perfect next step for you.
