The children, staff and governors of Denby Free CoE VA Primary School are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team, who possesses the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in supporting a child with diverse needs, demonstrating adaptability and patience.
- A caring and nurturing approach to our lovely EY children, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to work with small groups of pupils, assisting with the delivery of all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- Competence in supporting pupils with physical or personal care needs, ensuring that all children feel safe and supported.
- Capability to deliver interventions and support the class teacher within both the classroom and the outdoor environment.
- Experience in undertaking activities that assist in monitoring the personal, social, and emotional needs of pupils.
- A knack for building positive relationships with pupils to enhance their progress and attainment.
- Flexibility to adapt learning to ensure it suits the diverse needs of all pupils.
