We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to join our vibrant nursery team and help us deliver outstanding early years provision for children aged 2 and 3 years old.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an excellent Early Years practitioner who inspires and motivates children through play-based learning.
• Recognise the power of outdoor learning and use it to enrich children’s experiences.
• Have experience of working with both 2-year-olds and 3-year-olds, understanding their developmental needs.
• Work effectively as part of a team to support the development and progress of all children.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to raise aspirations and improve outcomes.

Essential:

• Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare
