As a Teaching and Learning Assistant you may be deployable across the school, but mainly working with children who are keen to learn and develop. We achieved 95% expected standard in Reading SATs last year showcasing our high expectations.
You will need a good level of communication, English and mathematics skills to be successful. Experience in working with children with SEND, is desirable.
